Driver Partner FAQs

Answers to common questions about using the B2B Cabs Driver App

After downloading the app, enter your registered mobile number provided to the B2B Cabs fleet desk during onboarding. You will receive an SMS OTP to securely log in.

Assigned duties appear on your home screen with complete details: shift timings, list of passenger pickups, vehicle number, and recommended route order.

You can tap the in-app call button to contact the passenger or school coordinator. If there is no response within the designated wait window, you can mark them as absent with a single tap to proceed with the remaining route.

Tap the Emergency SOS / Ops Support button in the app. Our 24/7 central operations desk will immediately assist you, dispatch backup vehicles if needed, and notify passengers.
