Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the Services for an organisation, you also confirm that you are authorised to bind or act for that organisation.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at b2bcabs.in, B2B Cabs mobile applications, company administration tools, communications, and corporate mobility or related transport services (together, the “Services”). “B2B Cabs”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Services.
A proposal, statement of work, corporate service agreement, rate card, booking confirmation, or other written arrangement (“Service Agreement”) may contain additional or different terms. If there is a conflict, the Service Agreement controls for the service it covers, followed by these Terms.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must use the Services only for lawful purposes. If an employer, client, agent, school, or other organisation arranges transport or creates an account for another person, that organisation is responsible for having the authority to provide instructions and relevant personal data.
Minors may use transport only where arranged and supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorised organisation in accordance with applicable law and the relevant Service Agreement.
Accounts, roles, and access
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Organisation administrators control user roles, permissions, routes, rosters, and data within their account. They must grant access only to authorised people, remove access when it is no longer needed, and use personal data obtained through the Services lawfully. We may require verification or decline, restrict, or revoke access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or service integrity.
Transport and platform services
The Services may include employee commute programmes, scheduled pickup and drop-off, airport or executive transfers, monthly transport plans, route and roster management, vehicle or driver coordination, live tracking, notifications, administrative reporting, billing tools, and customer support.
Availability, coverage, vehicle category, operating hours, service levels, passenger capacity, and included features depend on the relevant location, booking, and Service Agreement. Website descriptions are general information and are not a guarantee that every feature or vehicle will be available for every customer or trip.
Bookings, schedules, changes, and cancellation
A request or website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A trip or programme is confirmed only when accepted through the applicable booking channel or confirmed by our operations team. You must provide complete passenger, pickup, destination, timing, accessibility, luggage, and other material requirements.
Pickup times and estimated arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, road closures, passenger delays, safety requirements, vehicle issues, or events outside reasonable control. You must be ready at the agreed pickup point and comply with reasonable waiting-time rules communicated for the booking.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, extra-stop, waiting, toll, parking, interstate, permit, and refund rules will be those shown in the applicable quote, booking, rate card, or Service Agreement. Unless that document states otherwise, contact our operations team as early as possible to request a change; acceptance and any charge will depend on vehicle and driver availability and costs already incurred.
Pricing, invoices, taxes, and payment
Prices, billing cycles, deposits, credits, commissions, payment due dates, taxes, and other charges are set out in the applicable quote, booking confirmation, rate card, app, invoice, or Service Agreement. Unless expressly stated, displayed prices may exclude tolls, parking, permits, taxes, waiting time, route changes, or additional usage.
You must pay valid charges when due through an accepted payment method. You authorise us and our payment providers to process applicable transactions and adjustments. Overdue amounts may result in service restrictions and reasonable recovery costs where permitted. If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, notify us promptly with the relevant booking or invoice details.
Passenger, driver, and customer responsibilities
Everyone using or supporting a trip must behave lawfully and respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions, use seat belts where available and required, and avoid conduct that risks harm, delay, damage, or disruption. You must not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items; smoke or use intoxicants in a vehicle; distract the driver; exceed vehicle capacity; damage or soil a vehicle; or harass a passenger, driver, or staff member.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Additional cleaning, repair, waiting, or damage charges may apply where caused by a passenger or customer, subject to evidence and applicable law. Drivers and fleet partners must hold required licences and documents, follow applicable transport and safety rules, and use account and passenger data only to perform authorised services.
Safety, emergencies, and service incidents
Safety concerns should be reported to our operations team as soon as possible. In an emergency or immediate threat, contact the appropriate police, ambulance, fire, or other emergency service first; app or customer-support features are not a substitute for emergency services.
We may reroute, delay, suspend, or end a trip where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, vehicle condition, road conditions, passenger or driver conduct, or an emergency. We may investigate incidents and share relevant information with the customer organisation, transport partner, insurer, or authority as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
Drivers and transport partners
Transport may be delivered by B2B Cabs, affiliated fleets, or independent drivers and transport providers engaged for the relevant programme. Their status, responsibilities, rates, and service standards may also be governed by separate agreements.
We take reasonable steps appropriate to our role to coordinate services and review required information, but a partner remains responsible for its own personnel, vehicles, licences, permits, insurance, taxes, and legal obligations unless a Service Agreement expressly states otherwise.
Operational and promotional communications
You agree that we may send account, booking, pickup, route, safety, payment, support, and service messages using email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or other contact details supplied for the Services. Delivery may depend on third-party networks and is not guaranteed.
Where permitted, we may also send offers or product updates. You may opt out of promotional messages, but not essential operational, safety, billing, or account communications while you use the relevant Service.
Acceptable use of the platform
You must not misuse the Services. Prohibited activity includes:
- breaking any law or infringing another person’s rights;
- providing false information, impersonating another person, or making fraudulent bookings;
- accessing data, accounts, systems, or features without authorisation;
- introducing malicious code, disrupting service, probing security, scraping at scale, or bypassing controls;
- reverse engineering or copying the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- using trip, driver, employee, location, or company data for unauthorised surveillance, marketing, discrimination, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate transport operations.
Intellectual property and submitted content
The Services, software, branding, design, text, graphics, databases, and other content owned by or licensed to B2B Cabs are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended business or travel purpose.
You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Third-party services and links
The Services may interact with app stores, maps, payment providers, communication tools, websites, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, or conduct. A link or integration does not by itself mean that we endorse every aspect of that service.
Service disclaimers
We aim to provide dependable Services, but availability and travel are affected by real-world conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, apps, estimates, and platform features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular route or arrival time, permanent availability of any feature, or that third-party communications will always be delivered.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or any warranty, guarantee, duty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific service commitments expressly included in a Service Agreement remain binding according to that agreement.
Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the Services where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
Any financial cap or allocation of liability in a Service Agreement controls for that service. Where no Service Agreement specifies a cap, B2B Cabs’ aggregate contractual liability relating to a paid booking will not exceed the amount paid or payable for the booking giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent applicable law prohibits limitation.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, an organisation using the Services will be responsible for third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from its unlawful instructions, unauthorised provision or use of personal data, misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or conduct of its authorised users, except to the extent caused by B2B Cabs. Any indemnity in a Service Agreement takes precedence.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services, subject to bookings, payment obligations, notice periods, and termination terms in any Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material breach, non-payment, unlawful or unsafe activity, fraud, security risk, operational necessity, or legal requirement.
Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, intellectual property, liability, dispute, and record-retention provisions—will continue after termination.
Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, civil disturbance, government action, road closure, transport strike, network or utility failure, or widespread technology disruption. This does not excuse payment obligations already due. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption where practical.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction provided by law, disputes relating to these Terms will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from using any remedy or forum available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect operational, product, security, or legal changes. We will post updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects existing rights or where law requires it, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
